Why I Coach

I believe passionately that midlife is a fork in the road, a choice not a decline! It’s an opportunity to reflect, reset, and move forward with a deeper sense of what truly matters. 

Yet, I see so many women feeling depleted, stuck, or unsure of how to restart. I believe I was put on this earth to help women thrive their second half of life!

That’s why I’m here—to guide women in midlife through a well-being overhaul that creates balance, joy, and a renewed sense of self. Together, we:

  • Take stock of what’s working and what’s not.

  • Create a vision of the future that feels exciting and authentic.

  • Build habits that align with your values and strengths. 

  • Learn strategies for wellbeing, especially stress reduction, self-compassion, and emotional resilience.

A Personal Mission

Each client I work with creates a ripple effect—when a woman steps into her power and embraces her gifts, the people around her feel it, too. My mission is to help midlife women thrive; creating a future they’re excited to wake up to.

I’ve lived the lessons I teach. I’ve felt the deep frustration of not living your life fully and the exhilaration of taking control. And I know how transformative it can be to have someone in your corner cheering you on and holding space for your growth.

Meet Katriona Burrow

Katriona Burrow | Well-being Coach

Over the years, I’ve worn many hats—occupational therapist, mother, volunteer, advocate, friend—and through it all, I’ve learned to lean on the tools and practices that I now teach my clients.

  • Self-Compassion: I learned (with difficulty) to quiet my inner critic, replacing judgment with kindness.

  • Well-Being Basics: I learned techniques to balance my self care needs such as sleep, movement, nutrition and stress reduction.

  • Connection: I prioritized deep, meaningful relationships after years of feeling isolated.

  • Emotional Awareness: I gained the language to sit with difficult feelings, overcame the fear that they would crush me and learned to let them pass without overwhelming me.

  • Visioning and Growth: I visualized a future self that felt aligned with my values and purpose and began taking small, science-supported steps to get there.
